There are so many Social Bookmarking sites in this 2012 list. Some of them are with high PageRank, some are with an average PageRank, and others are just so-so as PageRank. But it's not that important nowadays, because...But depends of what is your final goal. If it is just a Non-SEO work with these Social Bookmarking sites in 2012, 2013, etc., it's nothing to do with the PageRank. If you want them for some SEO purposes (link juice, link-building, popularization and so on) the PageRank somehow matters. That's what I think about these Social Bookmarking sites. Well, and something very important - don't care really that much about the high PageRank, because as I can see we and other websites are linking them, it means their PageRank is probably going to (or it is already) higher than what you saw in the past. The PageRank is not very static, but dynamic creature.
