 First of all, please don't think something bad happend. It was just my moment-long anger that (maybe) someone really hacked the forum or someone didn't tell me about some deleted images (which is important! I remind it to you all, who has the power to edit/delete here!). Now I see all is fine and we're all good as usual.
You don't have to wait at all, when you need to know something about your post, tell us at once and we can check as soon as possible!
I have got another idea how to know if your image/images is/are really there: you can quote yourself and add something more (more content, like 1-2 more sentences). In the quoted text you can see all your links, bb-codes, etc.. I'll post more about it in the thread here now.
 Let's say I post this: "Hello, I'm here and this is very nice to see you here too! See this ladybug photograph: ^{By Charlesjsharp - Own work, CC BY-SA 3.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=29071280}. That's all. See you!", then if I quote it, it will look like this (before I post it):

Very happy to meet you online over here again! I kept silent, because I am the one, who edited only the post you requested me to edit and nothing else and I wanted to protect your privacy. But now you're here and you're open for the community, so I decide to take some time and to show my respect to you. We had the chance to see the edit logs and we saw only 1 edited post (in the thread about SCAM, SCAMMERS, etc.) and it's without images originally. Probably just some minor typo edit.  Very good to see that you're alright! Currently I can see all your images and we saw the logs (as was mentioned above) -- there are no edited messages, except 1 (one), but it's originally without image, I suppose. I checked the posts from my fathers PC (via TeamViewer), from our PC at home and from a wi-fi in KFC (with a tablet and with a cellphone) -- from everywhere I can see your: space images, art images, the history of the computer images, the recent ones: the most expensive car, a plane...
 I had 2 similar forums like this one -- all of them SMF powered (one of them I sold out for USD 100, the other one is inactive and it's in a free hosting, I don't check it often and in the future, if I have some good idea, I can turn it on again), so I know the 'code' of these forums: the admins can't make secret edits, because after each and everyone a message is showed under the post and it shows WHO and WHEN edited something (for example, if someone really deleted an image or a link, it will show up under there for sure.)

Oh, I forgot (almost) for that edit. Yes, it was something like a minor edit; a typo or some more space between the words. Nothing important and no edited images/pics till now so far. :)

I've a reason just to come out, fess up on the board, about who it was. You hear lots about 'free speech' in many places. But that's only 1/2 of it. The other half that is often forgotten is that with that comes responsibility for your speech. You don't just get to say what you want, regardless of how that might hurt others. So, I guess this is a demo of that. I created the fuss wrongly. I should say so. It's the honesty in the end over it that really matters.

 I totally do agree about the relationship freedom-responsibility. And because now the image question is solved, let me be semi-offtopic: there was a person in voat.co, who is thinking that can send personal criminal threads against us and our family. He left voat.co very disappointed and he showed some problems over there I didn't know about them. You have the opportunity to check it out, without visiting voat.co (I know you don't visit it anymore, but you don't mind to be informed about it).
