He said the mold isn't something in our control and once she accepted back the apartment's keys and agreed to give us the deposit now it's unreasonable and irresponsible to change her opinion. Another real estate agent said something similar too. Also, the one in charge, said if she's not picking up the phone these days, we should go to the court.

We explained again that when we left, only the ceiling of the bathroom was moldy, and her (landlord's) husband had seen it, including every room.

2周后他们再去房子里查看,客厅、厨房和房间的天花板也都发霉了,因为他们拿了钥匙后把窗门都关上了,没照管好。房东还是责怪我们,要我们为刷墙付钱。

Started to accuse us for more broken and dirty things in that apartment, to use insults and to insist to give her thousands of RMB. Later she called to ask us are we going to pay her that much and to speak that more things are not working in that apartment. She is totally insane and doesn't understand the contract which clearly stipulates that once you agree to receive the keys that day and promise to give back the deposit it's over and you can't just to search for more excuses not to pay the deposit and even to press for more money! I told her that she's not a human and decided not to receive the calls anymore. The police said to go to the court. We went to the court. Now we're consulting with a lawyer.

 And, the sad end of the story: the lawyer in China said that we should pay him around the same amount of money (as the security deposit). We are not rich people and we were in hurry to leave China (because of the problems there caused by the unreasonable governance) and we just couldn't start to sue her.
 Later I will post some photos of her (that she sent to us willingly), at least to let people to know her and to avoid dealing with her because she is an impudent, abnormal and a disrespectful person!
