I really think that it may be some trap, so I want to tell the admins to be careful and not to provide easily the global mods' power to people who we even don't know how they look like. Better safe than sorry. It's really unusual someone just to arrive in this forum from nowhere and after several posts to start to ask and beg the admins for global mod power. Why is that? If it's just a kid who likes to play "I'm a boss here, I can delete you!", it's understandable. But this person claims that she's 24. So why a mature person will be so eager to receive the power to monitor, to delete, to ban even?! And she knows that this is not something like a paid job. So, I'm afraid of a bad agenda. Long time ago, in another forum there was a man who planned to get more and more power, even targeted the admin power in order to steal or to destroy the forum. I am not saying that she is the same man or she is like that man but it's highly likely. So, don't be naive. If she is willing to be useful here, she already has got a mod power and a section: all this is pretty enough for a benevolent user in a forum. 

There is not job to do here. The spam is a rare thing and we almost have no users who post here. Even 1 admin is pretty enough to deal with these minor issues, so practically the global mod position is just carefree.

And I like to sell it because I want more money. I worry about my future. I want to be richer when I get old.
