 SEO is an abbreviation and it means "Search Engine Optimization" or "Search Engine Optimisation" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SEO). Recently there is a new noun and a sort of profession, called "SEOer". It's a "SEO person", i.e. a SEO worker, SEO fan, SEO master, SEO employee, SEO observer, SEO scientist, SEO philosopher and so on. Well, as far as, the given SEO is not just SEO, but also a specific kind {White (White hat), Gray/Grey (Gray/Grey hat), Black (Black hat)and even Green (Green hat) ones}, the SEOer (or SEOers) also are meant to be:

 adjective + noun(SEOer)

 Here are examples of these:

• Black SEOer
• Green SEOer

Now it is easy to see that the White SEOer is a combination of:

a) White (hat) SEO
b) -er

  Hence "White SEOer" (plural: "White SEOers") is a good neologism, describing a SEO worker/-s, SEO fan/-s, SEO master/-s, SEO employee/-s, SEO observer/-s, SEO scientist/-s, SEO philosopher/-s and so on, involved in the white SEO (White hat SEO) operations/actions/business/art/science...

        people who are new to SEO and rather ignorant; or
        unoriginal marketers who are severely lacking in creativity.
    Since a search engine is a tool its not something you can spam.
