Even though we use White hat SEO, these days Google has come up with new updater which will not allow WH SEO for certain circumstances. So it is going to be easy anymore.

In Black Hat SEO you break all Search Engine rules and get ranking fast for your project but if you penalized by google then your website banned and In white hat seo web master used all ethical way to promote his site and he never breaks search engine any rules in this techniques.
