As we all are familiar with SEO, In this,we all should be aware from two different words first is "PR" and second is "SERP".I would like to know which is the main factor in terms of SEO?

Both have equal importance because PR means page rank and SERP means search engine result pages. PR is depends on SERP. SERP contains the results related to keywords that our site have and according to it our PR decide. It totally depends of the keyword that we are choosing.

PR(Page Rank; PageRank) is just one of the algorithms. For example there is another important one - CheiRank. That's why I think "the main factor in terms of SEO" or "the keyword" is named SERP.

 I didn't get it very clearly. But I want to say that sometimes websites with higher PR are with worse SERP than websites with "PR 0" or "PR 1" for example. As I said PR is only one of the algorithms of the search engine Google.

So SERP is most important then PR.

SERP means Search Engine Result Pages. To have good ranking in result pages in related keywords is the main aim of every website owner.

Ranking in SERPs is much more important than Google PR.

As consider from both SERP and PR, both plays the lead role in SEO for Optimizing a site. But as for terms SERP is more recommended through popularity and traffic we do can increase PR of our site. My vote is for SERP.
