keyword density refers the number of times a particular keyword used  on a page for every 100 words. Ex: a keyword 'development', if you use 'development' word 4 times in a 100 word page, it is 4%. If you use 4 times on 200 words page, it is 2%. This also can be keyword like "mobile app development".
