I know a lot of tools that could hint us the position of the keyword we target if its within 10 pages. But I want to know if there is tool that could retrive my keyword even if its beyond 10 pages.

Not actually mate, never used or figured such kind of tool or software as you are looking for.

Try to search with similar keywords or phrase through Search Engines.

If it is beyond 10 pages, I don't search at all and I just do my best to rank well. Because for me it is one and the same if a certain keyword is on page 11 or page 41.
