How to check whether a website is banned from Google or/and Google AdSense

There are so many webmasters around the world. Some of them wonder if their website/websites are banned by/from Google or/and Google AdSense. Well, how a webmaster can check it? It's easy. There're so many online tools for this, as far as I saw.
