If you submitted an article on your website to Article Submission, is this duplicate content?

Im trying to figure out if an article created for press release should be released on the website as well or if this is duplicate content.

On? On your website? On your website to Article Submission? How, what...? ::) What do you mean?
PR or PageRank (sometimes: "Page Rank").

I think about that there is no limit for article submission but you have to manage quality submission.

I don't think so, actually I do that all the time, I post an article in EzineArticles, once indexed, I now post on my site, but I don't post to thousand of article directories, I only post to EzineArticles only.
