I want to 301 redirect old domain to a new domain name without compromising SEO; our Keywords are in good ranking. Please tell me how I can do this without losing keyword rankings.

I think for redirecting without harming your rankings you can use 304 redirect

 And I think you just use your old domain only, because now the domain names are not so important, if you have other good sides like: unique, interesting, useful content; many visitors, who share your content in the Social networks and who visit regularly your site, and so on.

SEO ranking remain same if you are doing 301 redirection. It won't affect your keyword rankings.

You can redirect old domain to new domain through 301 redirection it will not affect keyword ranking.
