Nice article, although this reification is useful in some contexts. Yet of course it's important to know that things like economy, state, system are composed of people and to change those entities we need to change people that are part of it.

Yes. I also dislike to see something like "The Russian" or "Russia" or "Moscow" did, said, decided, etc., once it's clear that only one person (and maybe a few more around him) decide what to be done.
