Pregnant man?

Well, good evening!

Long time no see! 好久不见了

As I know the pregnancy is related to women/females not to men/males. But what if we relate it like
pregnant + man? Grammatically it is going to be "pregnant man", but is there something real. As I saw here - yes! Look by yourselves:
