Have you ever sold or bought some (web-)site(sites)?

I think it's pretty popular business nowadays (sell/buy website/-s) and, because it's an interesting topic, I'd like to start up this thread over here now. In my opinion, this question is interesting for all of the webmasters, economists, etc., and I would like to know how many of the omnilogical members in our international forum have sold or/and bought a website/websites.
 Feel free to share details as much as you want! All is interesting -- when you bought/sold, what was the niche of the certain website, how much do you get paid, do you think this was a good deal, is the website still bringing you profits and so on.

  Not yet. I tried to sell some, but in the first case the buyer was dishonest and didn't keep his public promise to buy the website and in the second case there were no people who are interested in my 2(two) websites. I think I'm not going to make and sell websites anymore. At least now I think in this way and I don't know can I change my mind about it in the future. But buying is another cup of tea. I'd like to buy some profitable website (or websites), because I think it may be a very good investment -- it's exactly like buying any other working business and growing that business; one of the best investments nowadays.
