Soy can have estrogenic properties
« on: June 08, 2024, 06:50:06 AM »
To become more contributive and stop myself from retardedly caring about the old problems such as being misthought of as a liar to be just upsetting myself, I've decided to keep posting researches/studies that can educate the forumers or even can help them ascend.
I knew this study by one of the best forumers @MSL(and thank you very much for posting me this study!):
https://nutritionsource.hsph.harvard.edu/soy/
Quote
Hormone levels. Because soy can have estrogenic properties, its effects can vary depending on the existing level of hormones in the body. Premenopausal women have much higher circulating levels of estradiol—the major form of estrogen in the human body—than postmenopausal women. In this context soy may act like an anti-estrogen, but among postmenopausal women soy may act more like an estrogen. Also, women with breast cancer are classified into hormone type—either hormone positive (ER+/PR+) or hormone negative (ER-/PR-) breast cancer—and these tumors respond differently to estrogens.
So it explains why some people intake only very a few calories while they are still fatty, and the best examples are most of Japaneses. Because soy can produce estrogen and estrogen can produce body fat, so that even though your daily intake of calories is low, you can't get become 'lean', ntm musclar.

such as being misthought of as a liar to be

Thank you for reminding us that you lied twice here. You are not a liar, bro. It's like being a gay. Of you just had sex with a man twice this doesn't make you gay.

Talking about the soy. Eating twice soy food makes you a soyboy? No.

Just don't try lying again and avoid too much soy and we are good.
I am so needy.

It's all about the quantity. Saying twice untrue things doesn't make you a big fat liar but if you continue to say that someone agrees to lock three when it's only one (3=/=1) or saying someone else is calling you (singular) when he speaks generally (plural), then you're increasing the mistrust.

If you had sexual activities with the same sex once or twice you're not a gay, maybe you are just a bisexual or a situation homosexual... For reference, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?oldid=13521978

So, don't be so upset that you tried to decieve us. Just don't try again and after some months or a year we'll forget it.

About the soy, goody! Really!!!

Oh, no need to repeat about your misunderstandings or such. Move forward. The less you mention it, the less people will search for what happened before.
For example, I had a 3P. And some people thought it's sick, unacceptable and stuff. But I felt it's so good. And I had one of my best orgasms ever, objectively speaking! But I saw most of the people are selfish, jealous and "green tea biao" (绿茶婊), and so, I just did it -- stopped sharing about it. Soon after they forgot about it or at least they don't blame me anymore.

The soy is good to some extent. But now you have to reduce it. The reduction may be very beneficial for your muscles and for your "that thing" (鸡巴)quality. That's scientific thinking wise.

3P is totally okay to me, but yeah indeed it's not acceptable to some people. I even came upon a Chinese who had been disgusted by 3P for hours and he even claimed how come this world had some people would like to do that lol.

And yeah, it's better not to talk about the old problems at all since i found out some people were just brick walls to which I'd explained for like millions of times but they still stayed in the original places.

Depends on what you explained. It's like the problems with Taiwan. China explains millions of time that Taiwan is its province but the "walls" see Taiwanese passports, Taiwanese army, Taiwanese presidents, Taiwanese money and what a surprise the province is de facto another independent China, and the "walls" see the facts that Taiwan is not like Jilin or even not like an AR (like Inner Mongolia) or SAR (like Macau)... But China will explain them again that it's just a province. Explained is not proved.

I do agree. But the explanation and proof... They're not for him. He just saying and you must believe him. 8) As I said, he told  that I am a crep for stying under his bed and that is it. You must believe me.

Then what's the 'proof' that I 'lied' that MSL agreed to lock my three topics? How many times ought I to repeat 'read the replies after the screenshots'? Aren't they brick walls? Or just blind? Idk and Idc, but if this is a joke, it is not funny at all, instead, this is only irritating and annoying...
Also, what has MSL got so that I need to defame him? His reputation of being a philosopher on this forum? His better body than mine?

Okay, to avoid more questions and tensions I will translate simply: the moral requires if someone is your friend not to use him as an excuse that he said something that he didn't in order to achieve your own goals because you are hurting the image of the man in front of others and it's selfish.

They just got hurt to see this because they have other understanding of what a friendship is.

Another one is that they want when you report something to prove it 100% otherwise you are hurting the image of the people who never did something like that.

Now, you can just stop asking them and reinforce these topics and try to open new ones as it was suggested where you will be objective (without old stories like he called me a pedo, but he didn't; he said singular, but it was plural; he said to lock all, but he said only one...) Just use your manhood, full mind control and try to open/start at least 2 threads in which you won't mentioned your old problems here.
Разбирач, играч, предприемач. Какво повече от това? ;)
