Hey! Every written language is some scribbly-dook in some ways or another!
Even Norwegian, who's idea was it to make those letters in the first place? Oh, and thai too.

But if they speak openly against it, it sounds like insult to the culture. For example, I don't like the Japanese script (many old Chinese characters + their own Japanese characters + 2 alphabets) but I never speak it because I know some Japanese people will be sad to hear it.

It's not because it isn't for (for me at least) but mainly also because of the cultures.
Ok, some cultures are decent but others are full of pedos (especially the Muslim countries as you can apparently force marriage upon your daughter to a 50 year old man when she's 6)

Yes, but from their perspective you're "full of gays" which is amoral and punishable. You see, being pedo in your country is a crime but being a gay in their country is a crime too. They think that being with a small girl is more natural than being with someone from the same sex (gender).

Why would I need to be romantic though? I'm 14 and it's not like I'm required to learn romantic stuff.

Very good decision! It's much better (even you're not a romantic person) to be honest. Not like that case, you know, "I am a Korean... I am no a Korean... what if I am half-Korean...", misleading things. Honesty is the best policy. See, there are often practical as well as moral reasons for being honest.
