Enlighten3d, he is from Shanghai, which is the biggest city in the world and has higher GDP than every Polish city and town. You're right that for an average Chinese town maybe Poland maybe better but Shanghai is a very big exception and I am afraid that if he jump from Shanghai to Poznan for example, he'll get very disappointed. He's just from the TOP-tier cities and from a comparatively rich family, so I think he needs something more.
Just letting you know this. Also many Chinese expect wonders abroad and when they go there they're depressed that it wasn't what they imagined.
My respect to Poland and its achievements, just
this Chinese is not from the average ones.
Just for a little comparison. A street in Poznan:
VS. a street in Shanghai:
I am afraid he'll feel in Poznan like in some Chinese little town or a big village... but it's up to you. Just don't think China is very undeveloped, especially Shanghai which is even bigger than New York.
Btw, the average salary in Shanghai is USD 3523.50. Can he get that much in Poland?
