PageRank dance?

I think these days or weeks there is a kind of PageRank dance. Yesterday or the day before yesterday I checked it (the PR of our SEO and non-SEO forum/luntan) and it was 0. Now it's 1 (again; the same as before, when MSL informed all of us about it)^{http://www.prchecker.info/check_page_rank.php}. That's what I think - PageRank dance.
