How to cook easy eggs

Cooking eggs is just easy.

4 ways to cook easy eggs

1. Boiled eggs. It's simple: take 2 eggs, put them in boiling water and wait between 3 to 15 minutes (depends on how you like them -- soft boiled or hard boiled).

By Bodhi Peace - Own work, CC BY-SA 4.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=71418989 -- Time left in water after being brought to a boil: left: 5 minutes, right: 6 minutes.

2. Another simple way -- Crack the eggs into your boiling water. Wait for some minutes (for example 5 minutes). If you like them salty, then add some salt in the water.

3. Baked eggs in a pan. A very simple way. Just heat the pan and after that crack the eggs into it. Wait for some minutes (for example 7 minutes) and if you want, you may add some salt and/or paprika on them.

4. Fried eggs in a pan. Very simple way, too. No need to buy a special pan just for frying eggs, because any pan will do. So, warm the pan and add some butter or oil. It's is ready to crack the eggs when the butter begins sizzling (or when the oil becomes shimmery and very loose). Let the eggs cook for a few minutes (for example 5 minutes). (If you care about how to cook the top of the egg: you can cover the pan partway through cooking. The steam from the egg and the butter/oil will gently cook the top. Another way is to use a spoon and to take some of the hot butter/oil which is around the eggs and to pour it on them 2-3 times. You can also flip the egg over and cook for a minute on the other side.)

David Benbennick - The egg is a Lucerne brand large grade AA, American. It is shown being cooked on a non-stick (probably Teflon) pan. -- A fried egg, sunny side up.
A fan of science, philosophy and so on. :)
