Hello,
There is an article about one of my client's business that is basically saying my client's business is a rip off, and I was wondering if you guys had any strategies for how to get it off the first page. I know there likely is not a fast way, but any strategies would be appreciated. We have already tried reaching out and asking them to take the article down as it is just downright slander, but not luck.

In our opinion the right SEO is a white hat SEO + green hat SEO. A white-green hat SEO (or a green-white hat SEO) is the best, the right SEO.

if you want to get off the bad article then you need to post more good content and do SEO for which keyword it coming then automatically bad article will go and good one will come.

 I do agree, but I'd like to adjust something: the bad article will not go, it may just drop down in the SERP and the good one to be before it. But the bad article will stay somewhere in the SERP/SERPS, until it (the article) exists. Am I right?
