Cooked crayfish from China

Cooked crayfish

For the first time -- crayfish. I don't like to buy alive animals and to cook them. I hate killing animals for food and I'm a flexitarian (almost a vegetarian, i.e. a semi-vegetarian). But these were already cooked, so I decided to try cooked crayfish once in my life.

A photo

Here you may see a photo of this dish: . (It's on the table, where are some bottles of water, a bowl of lychee and some other things.)
More about the crayfish, which is also known as crawfish, crawdads, freshwater lobsters, or mudbugs on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crayfish.
Another dish (which I saw in Wikipedia): By Giovanni Handal - Own work, CC BY-SA 3.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=24013510 (Assorted boiled crawfish, potatoes and corn.)
A fan of science, philosophy and so on. :)
