Corn Dip

Ingredients

2 med or 4 sm cans Mexican corn, drained
4 green onions, including tops
8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, mild
3/4 c picante

Directions

Mix together and chill.

 Thanks for this recipe! It reminds me a 'Mexican salad' (this was the name, I'm not sure how Mexican it was. from 1993-1994, when I was an university student in Sofia (the capital of Bulgaria, EU). As far as I remember, it was something like: corn, green chilies, cream/mayonnaise, dill and carrots. I ate it almost every other day -- it was cheap and tasty (for me, because I'm almost a vegetarian, i.e. a flexitarian; semi-vegetarian /https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semi-vegetarianism/).
