即而我想知道的是，我们看不见的东西中还有多少没有认知呢？
都说声音是靠空气震动传播的，可是我不这么认为，空气是遍布星球的，如果真的是靠它们，在没有阻力的情况下，应该是无限延伸的才对啊！
所以我觉得，空气和其它的物体一样，都是阻碍声音传播的。就像人们在水上喊，水下的人离得近会听到一点，离得深就听不清了，空气的密度比那个小许多，所以，我们就会听得清晰一些，所以，会出现越远声音越小。
物理课上做的那个土电话，两个纸盒中间系个绳子子就能通话了，但是你要把线扯直，为什么？ 我们可以想像一下，如果你在席梦思床上做功，其它的部份也会受力，如果你在广场的一点做功，不管你怎么蹦，其它的地方都不会有感觉。所以，柔软的东西对振动应该更为敏感。

如果我是正确的，声音在真空中传播的就更远，时间也会存在更长。
所以，钢铁中声音的传播比木材要高得多，而我们在以前检验银元的方法，是向它吹一口气，然后再放到耳边，去听它的清脆的声音，那么原因就是因为银的密度更大，里面的真空也就更纯，所以，声音存在时间也就更长。

3、交易税费：甲方出卖人个税2%由   买方   承担，买受人税费由   买方  承担。
4、交房时间：  年     月      日前，交房之前甲方结清已产生的物业水电燃气等费用，交房之后水电物业燃气等费用由乙方承担。     
三、包销期限：签订本合同之日起至        年    月     日，包销期限内乙方应当按照本合同第二条的规定，装修，推销甲方上述房产、为甲方寻找买家。
四、限时包销保证金“以下简称：保证金”：甲方于本合同签订当日向乙方提供第一条规定的交易房产真实、合法、有效的相关资料（包括但不限于产权证、土地证、所有权人身份证、共有权人身份证、他项权利证、司法机关依法查封、扣押文件等），配合乙方到相关部门对交易房产进行登记信息查询。乙方在甲方查档并核实上述材料后向甲方支付保证金人民币（大写）  /    元整（小写）    /     元整。
五、甲方保证拥有该房产的完整所有权并承诺出售该房产没有侵犯第三人的合法权益。甲方保证在本次房产买卖交易完成前清理有关物业的产权纠纷、债务、税项和租赁事宜以及解除抵押、清欠杂费（如水电、煤气、管理费及有线电视等费用）。甲方承诺在房产买卖交易中所提供的有关资料是真实、合法、有效，否则愿意承担由此产生的所有法律责任。如本合同约定的房产系夫妻共同财产或与他人共同共有，在甲方未提供夫妻另一方委托书及共同人的授权委托书的情况下。经乙方充分告知签订合同所面临的法律风险后，甲方仍坚持签订本合同的情况下甲方承诺已取得共同财产所有人委托其代为出售房屋的授权。如共有人在合同履行过程中，拒不承认其已经委托甲方代为出售共有房屋导致合同无效或无法履行则甲方应单独按照本合同委违约条款向乙方支付违约金，另外双倍返还已经支付的保证金。
六、经甲方同意，该房由乙方安排装修公司对该房进行翻新改造。该房的翻新改造费用大约为人民币 柒万         元整，最终报价以装修公司的装修合同与相关票据为准。乙方对该房屋进行装修前，装修方案应与甲方沟通，装修应坚持合法合理原则，装修过程中若对墙体结构等进行改变时，应征得甲方同意，若因乙方或装修公司原因给他人造成损害的，应承担赔偿责任。
在该合同委托授权期限内，该房成交后收到买方购房首付款当天，甲方应将高出本合同第二条第1款中约定的交易净收价格溢价部分全额支付给乙方作为乙方垫付的装修费及信息推广费；同时退还乙方已支付的保证金。
七、包销期限内乙方介绍的买家同意按本合同第二条委托条件交易的，则乙方要求买方将全额定金直接转入甲方如下账户：户名：         账号：                       ；开户行：                    ，款项到账后即视为甲方已收到买家的购房定金，甲方保证与买方共同适用定金罚则处理合同纠纷，且完全认可乙方与买方就办理与该房地产买卖交易所签订相关及手续。如甲乙双方就本合合同发生纠纷，甲方不得以下理由进行抗辩：（1）合同解除、协议效力未定；（2）共有人或其他权利人不同意买卖房屋；（3）乙方收取、转入定金未经其同意；（4）乙方未将收取买方的定金，全部转入甲方指定账户；（5）乙方为甲方找到的买家未经其同意或未与买家亲自接洽；（6）甲方未与买方签订定金合同等。
八、甲方收取买方定金或乙方代买方转入定金或乙方代甲方收取买家相关费用后，若甲方拒绝出售该房产或未按乙方通知的时间或本合同第三条约定时间内配合乙方及买家办理该房产的相关交易手续，甲方除向乙方支付该房产委托交易价格的3%作为居间服务费外，还应双倍返还定金给买家。另外按照本合同第十条违约条款依据对乙方进行赔偿；如因甲方违约乙方可通过上述房产所在地的人民法院起诉、或仲裁等方式向乙方追责，乙方向买方承担违约责任后，甲方应当就乙
方向买方承担的违约责任赔偿乙方。
九、包销委托期限内甲方不得擅自终止本合同、自行出售或过户转移登记该房产或者另行委托其他公司及个人销售该房产。乙方通过自行组织销售或与其他中介合作等方式向买家推销并成功交易时，甲方不得拒收定金或拒绝出售该房产。甲方承诺不与乙方介绍的买家私下进行交易，若有违反本条约定，甲方应按照本合同第十条违约条款向乙方支付违约金。
十、如超出本合同授权委托期限，该房还未成功出售的，超过包销授权委托期限该房未成功出售，则乙方已支付的保证金及装修归甲方，合同自然终止，甲方自行处理该房屋。
十一、乙方已经安排进场装修，如甲方违约不卖的，甲方在接到乙方通知的三个工作日内，必须一次性偿还乙方垫付的装修费用合计人民币  柒万      万元整，同时依照该房售价（       叁拾伍万          ）的6%作为违约金赔偿给乙方，另外双倍返还乙方已支付的保证金。
十二、若甲方收取或乙方代为收取买家定金后，买家违约放弃本次买卖交易，基于乙方已提供居间服务，甲方承诺在买方违约3日内支付定金的一半给乙方作为乙方对本房产居间服务的报酬。

十五、本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，自甲乙双方签署之日起生效，若履行合同发生争议，双方应友好协商，无法协商解决可交由房屋所在地人民法院诉讼解决。
十六、争议解决
（一）因本合同而产生的或与本合同有关的争议，各方应友好协商；协商不成的，可通过上述房产所在地的人民法院起诉、或仲裁等方式向违约方追责。
（二）任何一方违反本合同约定，其他当事方为实现合法权利而发生的下列合理费用由该违约方承担：
