Google Page Rank is based on how many backlink your website have. If your PR is greater than 4 then it is good. Alexa Rank is based on traffic come to your website. If your Alexa Rank is less than 100000 then it is good.

I was checking the Alexa rank of this voyagesbooth.com/ i didn't get the right Global rank of it.

EDIT: Avoid spamlinking. Your first post and at once active link?! It's so spammy. At first contribute more to the forum and then try to insert active links to other websites.
