Cold noodles from a Chinese restaurant
« Reply #16 on: July 26, 2017, 01:48:48 AM »
These are cold noodles, but from a non-Korean (a small Chinese) restaurant. They're tasty and I liked that there are so many quail eggs inside, but the spicy flavor was a bit different and this was the thing I disliked. Anyway, I may vote 8/10 or 9/10 for this dish -- not bad! A photo: 8)
You know me -- I'm a fan of this dish, but because of my recent diet (and my strong will 8)) I eat it very, very rare recently. :)

Korean food from a Korean restaurant nearby

We had no water today at home, so we had to eat outside. We found a comparatively cheap Korean restaurant in a mall and we had these dishes: -- Korean pickled radish and kimchi, -- Korean gimbap, -- Korean cold noodles (냉면 or 랭면) and -- Korean niangao with cheese. (Maybe in Korean it's "찹쌀떡", but I'm not sure is it the same kind. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapssal-tteok -- some information about it in Wikipedia.)
It was a good and delicious lunch.

Korean food from a North Korean restaurant in China: 1. -- they have got a strong wasabi flavor. 2. The second one was one of my favorites -- the Korean cold noodles (Naengmyeon (냉면) or raengmyŏn (랭면)): . Noodles, pineapple, apple, kimchi, etc. Very yummy! 8) 3.
