I'm glad to see your interest about him, too. These days I watched 'Ip Man 3'. It's a non-biographical movie about Bruce Lee's martial art (wing-chun) mentor Yip Man. There a good Bruce Lee alike actor shows up for a while (also there you may see Mike Tyson, but it's another topic). So, I decided to learn more about Bruce Lee (I know him since I was 5 in 1980, and I trained his system -- JKD, but I never had many facts about his life.) And then I watched a more biographical movie (about Bruce Lee. It's "Bruce Lee, My Brother". The precious is that it's also storied, produced and narrated by Bruce Lee's real life younger brother Robert Lee
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Lee,_My_Brother.). There he's shown as a pretty normal person and I saw some love moments. Then I dig a bit more online and a surprise for me was to see, that he had a
lover. I didn't know that. In fact there is a theory that every man has (or want to have) at least one lover.
And here is the info, that may be interesting for some of the fans, historians and others:
1. In this article in a PRC's website you can read about "Bruce Lee's Legacy Honored with Theme Park":
http://www.china.org.cn/english/photo/190479.htm and there you can see Ting Pei (Bruce Lee's ex-girlfriend, at the ceremony). There you can also see Bruce Lee's brother -- Robert Lee.
2. And here we can read about one of the biographical movies:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Lee_and_I ("Bruce Lee and I")
Mainly Betty Ting's story. Opens with Betty and Bruce rolling around in bed around the time he died. Continues with Betty telling her story to a bartender, beginning when she was a loner school girl, she meets Bruce when he saves her from a beating one night and gives her some money. She then attempts to break into show biz and meets Bruce again: from there they become lovers until his death.

I was born after his death. And you had the chance to live in almost the same epoch with him! And you're something like compatriots, because he was born in the US and he spent a serious part of his life in the USA.
Please, if you have some memories of that time like how people liked his films and what was the attitude toward him around you; or just some of your private memories like when you watched his 1-st movie... share here! (In case it's too private and you still want to share, but not here, post me a PM, because I'm really interested personally, not only as a favor for my topic or for this forum.)
