Fried Tofu with Bitter Melon
Fried tofu is tasty and it's good to eat more bitter melon in summer.
How to cook:350g tofu, cut into pieces
100g bitter melon, sliced
50g beansprouts, remove the roots
1/3 red pepper, sliced
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp oyster sauce
1tsp vinegar
oil
salt to taste
Mix bitter melon with some salt and leave it for 15 minutes.
Heat the pan with oil and fry tofu until it's golden.
Saute the bitter melon and beansprouts for 1 minute, and add in fried tofu. Then add in the sauce and salt.
