Steamed Chinese Cabbage Rolls
We have a light diet in our family. My parents often cook light food.
It's a good way to steam when we cook. Now it's very hot, and I prefer to eat like this.
These rolls are very simple. You can choose what to put inside. First soften the cabbage leaves and roll up the other things,then steam for 10 minutes.
Make sauce: some water, oyster sauce, salt , oil and corn starch.
