Potato Rolls




50g oats
50g flour
2 eggs
1 potato

Mix oats, flour, eggs with some salt and 120ml water.
Shred the potato. Fry potato shreds with some green onions, ginger and salt.
In a pan, make 5 pancakes with the mixture.
Then with some dressing, roll the potatoes and ready.

Cut white gourd into clips.
Fry bacon a little in a pan then put it in the clips.
Steam the clips for 10 minutes.
Make some sauce and water it on the clips.

Braised Duck with Mushrooms


I bought the duck meat for soup, but I found one thing less. Then I decided to braised it with some mushrooms.



1 duck leg 250g and 10 mushrooms with some ginger, garlic, pepper, green onions, salt and soy sauce.
Branch the duck meat.
Fry some ginger, garlic, green onions and peppers first, then add in duck meat and mushrooms to mix well and fry for some minutes.
Put  some salt, soy sauce, soy sauce for braised dishes, cooking wine and half bowl of water, cover and braise for 15 minutes with low heat.

HALLOWEEN PIZZA


My husband likes Halloween Festival very much. So I will make some easy food for it.

This pizza is very simple. I only use some bacon, ketchup, dry tomatoes with cheese. On it I use two pieces of cheese to make the spider net but I can's make it beautiful :P. Then the spiders are made by olives.

Blanching chicken hearts.
Fry ginger and chicken hearts, then add celeries, onions, pepper.

Baked Chicken Legs with Brown Sugar


Very tasty baked chicken. And I think 4 chicken legs are not enough, next time I will buy more. :P



4 chicken legs, boneless and skinless
10g butter
15g brown sugar
1tsp honey
2 cloves of garlic,chopped
a little dried basil
black pepper and salt to taste
2 pieces of lime
some corianders, chopped

Preheat the oven to 200℃
Mix chicken legs with garlic, salt and black pepper well and wait for 10 minutes.
Fry the chicken legs in the pan till they are brown both sides.
Then take out from the pan and put brown sugar, honey and basil in to mix well.
Bake the chicken legs in the oven for 25 minutes.
Add some corianders and lime juice and serve.

Very tasty baked duck leg.
Salted the duck legs with salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and add garlic, dried red pepper, ginger, sugar, star anise,aniseed,cinnamon,marinate in the fridge for one night.
Wrap the duck leg with foil and baked for 35 minutes, 230℃.
Take out and brush honey with water on the duck legs, then put on the baking net, 200℃, bake for 25 minutes.

Tasty chicken wings with rice. We ate once at an activity then I want to make it at home by myself.
Remove the bones in chicken wings and put fried rice in the wings. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200℃。

Kimchi Dumplings


My husband likes kimchi very much. Then we think to use it for dumpling will be also tasty. It is, I also think the dumpling are very delicious.

Inside the dumplings, I use mince, mushrooms, kimchi, green onions.
First fry the chopped mushrooms then mix mushrooms, green onions, kimchi and mince to make dumplings.
Steam for 15 minutes and ready to eat wit sauce. But we like fry dumplings, too., so I will fry some every time.

Sometimes we bake dumplings in the oven. Yesterday I was lazy to make dumplings, and use to a simple way-use two pieces of dumplings wrappers, put some mince inside (the mince mix with chopped carrots, black fungus,green onions and salt), then bake in the oven for 20 minutes, 190℃.
It's very tasty, and the dumpling wrappers are crispy.

Easy and tasty rolls.
I use bacon, chicken breasts, cucumber, carrot and mushrooms.
Cut the chicken into very thin slices. Cut cucumber and carrot into match-sticks and mushrooms into slices.
Put some cucumbers, carrots and mushrooms on the chicken slices and roll up. Then roll the chicken rolls up with a pieces of bacon.
Then fry the rolls in a pan or you can bake in the oven.

We bought a lot of Kimchi recently. I made pizza, dumplings with kimchi. And I remember I didn't try to make Korean kimchi cakes I saw in Corner's deli-a supermarket.
I don't know how Koreans make kimchi cakes in fact. I made in my way. They are also very tasty. My husband said I did not make enough.  :P



I use kimchi, mince, shrimps, squid, with two eggs and some flour, then add some green onion and ginger. Then make the mixture in to small cakes and fry until they are golden..

We like to eat Kimchi very much. To cook spaghetti with kimchi is also very tasty. I also add mince and chili patse, it's a little hot. If you can't eat hot food, you don't need to add chili patse.

We bought a lot of kimchi recently and still have some. It is said this is Korean style chicken. I cooked the chicken with a potato and some kimchi. Really very tasty!
