Chicken with Rice inside

I ate this food once in a food festival about Taiwan. I liked it. Then I think maybe I can make it by myself at home.
I tried and it's successful, very tasty. But I did  not grill them, I baked them in the oven.
First Boned the chicken wings. Fry some rice with the things you like and put in the chicken wings. Then bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Dumplings with Pork and Sauerkraut

I got a pack of sauerkraut as a present. It's imported from Germany. The taste is a little different from Chinese pickles, but it's tasty I think.
First I use some for the dumplings. We like to eat dumplings especially home-made dumplings. Inside I only use sauerkraut, pork and leek, with some sauce for dumplings.
Every time when I make dumplings at home, I want to eat a lot.

Fry Eggs with Bitter Melon

There is a saying here that in summer it's better to eat more melons, any kind of melon or gourd.

Also it's said bitter melons are very good for summer. To cook it with eggs is a very simple way, easy and tasty.

Before cooking, salt the bitter melon for around 15 minutes and then pour out the water.  The bitter melon will not be so bitter.

Thick Soup with Corns and Oatmeal

When I need to eat fast, oatmeal is a good choice. It's very easy to cook.
And this time I cook it with fresh corns and water chestnuts. First use a blender to make corn juice. And chop the water chestnuts. Then cook corn juice, water chestnuts and oatmeal together.

I don't like to eat papaya so much in fact. But to cook soup, make juice or smoothie is very nice for me.

I bought some Cantonese sausages long time  ago and just put them in the fridge.

Razor Clam

From time to time we eat some seafood but can be so often. I bought around 1 kilo razor clams yesterday. In fact there are not so many but I still made them in two ways.
