Bacon with duck egg and asparagus + salad

It was a tasty dinner. I ate bacon with duck egg and asparagus and a salad. The salad is: tomatoes, garlic and takuan.
Today I ate the corn behind that dinner. I like to eat boiled corn. Probably tomorrow I will eat that green pepper with some cherry tomatoes.

Shime saba salad

It's a home-made shime saba salad:

. (Shime saba is Japanese vinegar-pickled mackerel /or marinated mackerel/).
This salad contains shime saba, imitation crab sticks, broccoli and coriander (plus: soy sauce, oil and vinegar).
It's one of my favorite salads!
