Hello Guys!

This question perhaps is one of the ambiguous question anyone could ask. Nevertheless i would like to hear expertise from various SEO's around the world. Please suggest, which is the optimum range in numbers to create backlinks a day to stay safe?

This depends on your targeted keyword. Non English keywords usually need lesser backlinks than English keywords, for
grabbing the first page at Google.

Quantity does not matter in SEO for backlinks weather you create a only two or three backlinks but they should have authority

No matter how much back link you can make in a day but the fact is that back link should have nice quality. If you prepare a 10 back link and if it has no page rank and all then no use of creating back link and at the same time if you can get a back link win a site which have high PR then that is a great achievement

Not more than 5-10 quality backlinks wiil be fine per day.

Well, I think that depends extensively on the authority of your site as well the competition level of that niche. If you are in a tough niche, it's very unlike that you can pull off these types of results without any backlinks at all.
