Yes, it is
cyberbegging or online begging/internet begging. As all other kind of begging it is not useful for the economics,
because does not produce anything. I like the beggars who, at least, produce some culture -- for example singing/playing beggars, who produce some music. I remember one granny in Sofia, Bulgaria in the 90's. She was (probably) very poor and had no money to buy some instrument and speakers, but she SANG songs on the street (close to an underpass or overpass, I don't remember) and it was a good example how a person can not just beg for money, but really earn these money by producing some culture (in this case -- singing).
