If you actually write down what you are eating on a daily basis, you probably will drop your jaw in horror. We never think to add up the little snack size candy bar here and the 2 cookies to actually see the major impact it is having on our diets.

•   Eat fat free foods
•   Everyday drink green tea
•   Daily exercises
•   Dieting

 If can do above things you can achieve good health as easily.

2. Do Exercise.
3. Have Balanced Diet.
4. Keep Attention towards hygiene of your body and teeth also.Like never eat outside.
5. Stop Smoking.

I would like to share following healthy habits with you.
1. Have a well balanced diet.
2. Do regular exercises.
3. Never skip your breakfast.
4. Drink enough water.
5. Sleep at least six hours.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
Do regular exercises.
Have a bath everyday in the morning.
Avoid junk and oily food.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Do something which you really like everyday at least 15 minutes. it helps you to reduce stress.
