China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (600028) and PetroChina Co. (857), the nation’s biggest refiners, face more losses from processing crude after the government cut fuel prices by the most since 2008 as global crude costs tumbled.

If it's true (I don't know and I don't want to search) then I would like to say: it's okay, because we need the people to have cheap oil, not the companies to have profits/losses. We support the people of China. If the people is benefited, then it's alright. The government did good for the people. Great government!

 Government control = GOOD.
