I have received an unnatural link building notice in my Webmaster Tool Account due to the fact that we took part in Build My Rank high PR posts. We removed all bad links and filed a reconsideration request. We got a reply that some of the penalized keywords were lifted but that there are still many inorganic links pointing to our site and that we need to show a further effort to get all of them restored.

Now my question is?

Should I add a no follow tag to all internal links of my site?

What can we do if we do not get any contact info of webmaster where links were submitted?

What can we do if we do not get webmaster response on our link removal request?

Is there any other way to resolve this and come out of this problem, as we have removed all possible links (approx. 9000 links removed successfully)

Is there something like we have to cache the webpage from where we have removed the links so that Google can consider it?

I am sorry to ask these questions but I am just puzzled and do not know what to do to fully restore the site.
