The same as here - if you post some flood/duplicated content, the administration will delete/ban you. And no problem. So? Don't worry and delete, delete...

If you have duplicate pages on the same website then probably 301 redirect will be the best option for you. While if someone copied your content , then you could ask Google to monitor it and not penalize your website.
