Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia

The stunning Plitvice Lakes National Park, one of Croatia's biggest tourists attractions and the most visited national park, lies in the Lika region of Croatia. The park is surrounded by the mountains Plješevica, Mala Kapela, and Medveđak, which are part of the Dinaric Alps. The 16 blue-green Plitvice Lakes, which are separated by natural dams of travertine, are situated on the Plitvice plateau. Waterfalls connect the lakes, and the tallest waterfall is Veliki Slap at 70 meters (230 feet) tall. The Plitvice lakes area boasts a large variety of interesting and colorful flora and fauna.

The park is home to brown bears, wolves, wild cats and many rare birds, as well as wide variety of Alpine and Mediterranean plants.

There are hiking trails throughout the park, with well-organised wooden walkways and footbridges allowing travellers to explore widely, sometimes through the water for up to 18 km; but there is NO swimming in the lakes. The Plitvice Lakes are easily accessible by public transport from Zagreb, Split and Karlovac and tourists can also find varied accommodation - including camp sites - in and around the Park.

Skyline Gondola, Restaurant and Luge, New Zealand

Skyline Gondola, Restaurant and Luge was named the world's best restaurants by American Broadcasting Company.

The Skyline Gondola is only 10 minutes walk from Queenstown center, with the southern hemisphere's steepest funicular track (37.1 °), visitors can be sent to the restaurant with elevation falls up to 800 meters by a cable car for 10 minutes. Here is the best angle overlooking the Queenstown. Step out of the cable, the first thing for most people to do is to overlook the town in a spacious terrace and take photographs.

330 seats in the restaurant are arranged in a circle, no matter which seat guest sits they can enjoy the whole Queenstown  and the surrounding scenery. The restaurant serves traditional New Zealand food, including rich seafood buffet dinner and roast meat, salad, famous salmon of  South Island, oysters and other seafood. In the table, there is a band performance, and more particularly, the restaurant provides  the entertainment -- Luge. Sit on the Luge rushing down from the top of the mountain, on the road all passing stunning unique scenery.

Cardiff Castle, Wales

Cardiff Castle is one of the top attractions in the capital city of Wales. Located in Cardiff, this historic structure has its roots in the Norman era, though the site has seen nearly 2,000 years of significant human activity. The Romans actually erected a forum on the site of Cardiff Castle, and the Norman-built shell that remains today was founded centuries later in 1091. As is true of the history of many other castles, the history of Cardiff Castle includes a few major renovations, so what you actually see today is a fascinating mix of architectural styles and structures.

The exterior is a decline through the vicissitudes of life, only when you go into it and  find the decoration and furnishings in the old rooms elegant and gorgeous, stunning, worthy of its cost 100 years. There is plenty to see inside Cardiff Castle as well. The gothic revival fireplace is dazzling, for example, and the immaculate craftsmanship and splendor of the Arab Room Ceiling is hard to deny. Also found inside this fantastic historic attraction are a pair of museums that focus on military history, and it warrants a short visit at the least. Popeye Village, Malta

The attraction for children and Popeye aficionados. The village was built in 1979 as a backdrop for the famous Popeye movie with Robin Williams, has since served as a tourist attraction and enthusiasm every year many tourists.

In Malta, the Popeye movie was filmed in 1980. On this occasion a small village was built while Anchor Bay was a backdrop. In the film, Popeye Nuefundland was discovered  and called it 'Sweet Haven'.

The village is still there, it lies north-west and is unfortunately very difficult to achieve. In the houses there are beautiful dolls and decorations constructed. The whole is something more for children than adults.
