EZE town, France

Eze France is a small community up the coast, northeast of Nice and set between Nice and the city of Monte Carlo. It is a quiet, endearing little village resting on a hillside far above the Mediterranean coast.

Eze is layered in medieval history exemplified by the clusters of medieval buildings dotting the town. It is said this is the most beautiful village of town in the world, with nearly a thousand years history. It is like a bright pearl on the Cote d'Azur, embedded in the steep cliffs, gasped with admiration from the world.

The Cathedral Milanduomo, Italy

Cathedral Milanduomo in Italy started construction in 1386, in 1500 completed the dome, the gilded Virgin Mary statue was in place in the central tower in 1774. Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur, California, USA

Icehotel

Magdeburg Water Bridge,Germany

Magdeburg Water Bridge is a channel bridge for ships, 918 meters long, completed and put into use in October 2003. This odd bridge crosses the Elbe, connecting the Elbe - Havel Canal and the Midland Canal, the two important German canals. It's really an eye-opener.

Thank you for the memories. I have been to Eze and it is magnificent. It has been described as an “eagle's nest” because of its location overlooking a high cliff 427 metres (1,401 ft) above sea level on the French Mediterranean.

The Cathedral in Milan you just stand in front of it in awe. The Gothic cathedral took nearly six centuries to complete and I think it is about the 4th largest cathedral in the world.

Doesn't Colmar look so beautiful with the potplants hanging from the windows. It is just so European.

The Millau

France has completed work on the Millau Bridge, one of the largest construction projects in Europe. We drove over that we felt like we were in a plane.
