Seven (7) is a natural number. 7777777 is also a number. As I remember "7" is a something like a holly number in some religion(-s?). 7 is a year. 7777777 is also a year (in the future). May be in some areas 7777777 is a phone number or/and car number, software number. It can be a number of everything.
