Alexa ranking is more important than the Google ranking ? what is major difference between them ?

Google PageRank shows how important your website is compared to others, and Alexa is how many surfers get in relation to other sites on the net.

  Depends for who, for what...In my point of view Google Ranking (SERP) is more important. And even the Google's PageRank is more important. What do you prefer Alexa's top 10 + PageRank 0 and SERP behind page 100+ or PageRank 10 + SEPR 1st and Alexa's 5 000 000? I prefer the second option.
