No Follow links is not important. The reason is that this link is not crawl by the google and so that this link can not be considered as back link. And you can not get advantage of that links.

No-follow links will not help SEO. Search engines like Google, check your link profile to see whether it is natural. Having followed links only, can raise a spam flag. So its important to have no-follow links. No-follows links will bring traffic. So don’t go after followed links. Get any type of useful link.

Having a good mix of dofollow and nofollow is good thing for a campaign. You need a mix,so that it looks natural.Google doesn't like to see a one-sided campaign.

No Nofollow links are not important. if you have generated the links on nofollow website then search engine can not consider that link as Backlink while counting the PR of your website.
