I would say freelancing is also good for earning quick and easy money, you may have any skill like blogging, seo, link building, programming etc. you can use these skills for getting works from the clients.

Freelance is the best site to get any type of work and it is give big place to make good huge amount of money. Most of people are like this site to do work. You can get online payment after doing work and you can bid you own amount for work. You don't need to go to out side to get work.

  It is about the online freelancing. There are a lot of offline freelance jobs (in these cases you have to go out).  :)

Nowadays it is not a must to be employed from 8am - 5pm, you can earn even more money online as a Freelancer as long you have a skill.

As long you have a certain skill online, making money becomes easy but you need to have good time management to complete the jobs.

One of the most generally outsourcing projects for freelance workers is composing ad duplicate for a item you are promoting. You may have some recommendations on how you want to market the item, but when you begin to create ads and explanations of the item, you begin to get stalled with the process. You can have someone else do the composing so you can concentrate on methods for sales.

Since Freelancing is here to stay, which other freelancing sites are cool to join, I only know of Odesk and Elance.
