  You mean like a Black hat SEO? One Homepage for the bots and one for the visitors? If so - of course it is very bad. We do support only the White hat SEO and the Green hat SEO stuff! And I do believe that everyone over here is a White SEOer and/or Green SEOer.

If you are trying to trick the search engines, that's going to be quite bad.

If you want to serve different content based on what region a person is from for example, that's perfectly legitimate.

No, This is never possible but you can target home page through many home page relevant keywords.

You should not have two home pages for single website. It is consider as spam. Try to redirect the home page to single.
