8. Once you're gym-maxxed (and continue to gym-maxx, i. e. don't stop after become muscular because soon you may lose the muscle mass), you can start to eat (from time to time) some very caloric foods (like pizzas or cakes) and you're not going to get fat because your metabolism is better (and because you know how to burn calories successfully).
9. Better face and skin. It means the gym-maxx is to some extend a sort of looks-maxx too (not only the body gets better, the skin and face improvement are visible).
You know how better looks a man or a woman after losing weight (face wise and skin wise, not just body wise).
