1. It's probably written by someone who's blackpilled or semi-blackpilled (i. e. pessimistic and nihilistic or semi-pessimistic and semi-nihilistic) because the suggestion "If you're an incel or incelish the gymmaxxing isn't effective that much but if you're a Chadlite or a Chad, then it's effective even more."
After reading something like this, many of those lazy incels (and/or blackpilled) will think that "It is low success rate + high effort" or "It's useless." and "It's a cope."
2. I think that it's almost the opposite -- if you're already very handsome or pretty, then more or less muscles doesn't make big difference. People will still rate you around the same. For example some of those 9/10, 10/10 idols (models, singers, actors): you know that the females do admire them and rate them "the best" (i. e. 9/10, 9.5/10, 10/10) no matter how much they improve their bodies. At the same time, imagine some fatcel who's rated like 2/10 or 2.5/10 at best. This fatcel in question starts to gymmaxx -- losing weight and building good muscle mass. The difference with his previous self (past self) will be significant and he'll be rated at least as a Norman (4/10, 4.5/10 or 5/10). So, who has it more?
It's like the extra money online. Imagine someone who is jobless and from 0 earns $ 500. This may make him to feel a great difference (for example not starving, being able to pay his bills, etc.) but if there is a rich man with a $ 40 000 income per month these $ 500 aren't making some big difference for his living standard and way of life.
3. About the effort -- this is more related to the diet, life style, DNA (the type of the body), the coach (or your own training way) than the starting point.
4. It depends on what's the problem of the 4/10 in question (the incel or the nearcel in question). Imagine that he's a "Chad in disguise". Then from 4/10, after gymmaxxing, he may go up to 8/10 for sure! And the opposite example, if he's some kind of truecel (like very poor, i. e. poorcel or disabled, i. e. disabledcel) the gymmaxxing isn't going to make him more than 4.5/10 probably.
No matter how many levels you'll add to your past one: 0.5, 1, 2 or 4, you have to try the gymmaxx. Every additional level (point; stage) makes some progress. And luckily there are many more maxxing ways that you may add to your gymmaxxing: studymaxxing, geomaxxing, moneymaxxing, popularitymaxxing, etc. If you can do at least 1-2 of them, added to your gymmaxxing, you're going to upgrade yourself with at least 1 more level. Let's say you're a very unlucky 2/10 incel and after gymmaxxing you got only a 3/10 level. Then a geomaxxing may take you to at least a 5/10 level (some people who look 3/10 in their native places abroad may look way better like 5/10 or more).
The maxxing is giving different results because the subjects (incel, nearcels, etc.) are also different (looks, height, weight, personality, genetics, class, status, education, location, citizenship, etc.) but one is for sure -- it makes sense and gives more chances to each and everyone to ascend.
For those who believe too much in luck, still, there is something to remember: "
Success is a lottery and hard work is your ticket."
