I think that many of you will feel the same -- I feel it's a very interesting case -- the current Alexa rank of a website (teepr.com):

It's an offtopic, but I'll answer you!
You need much more visitors, who spend more time on your site. For example, if now you have only 20 visitors, you need 2000 visitors; if now your visitors spend 2 minutes on your site, you need your future visitors to spend 10 minutes.
I hope you understand, approximately, what do you need for a real and good higher Alexa rank.

You didn't say which is your website. So, a general advice is: more and more visitors (users).
