0123

0123, 0,1,2,3... It is nowadays. But do you know that long time ago there wasn't 0 (zero). At that time it was just 1,2,3...

zero, one, two, three

Yeah. 0 is a new one.
0123 = zero, one, two, three

In some cases 0 - "zero" is not "zero", but "oh", therefore 0123 =

oh, one, two, three

That's right. For example today we type ten as 10, but before there was no need of 0 (zero) in ten (and all of the other numbers containing zero or zeros like 20, 30, 300, 5000, 7770, 7777770, 800000000000000, etc.) Good examples may be the traditional Chinese numeral system or the Roman numeral system: 十 is 10 (ten) in Chinese, X was/is 10 (ten) in Roman numerals. As you can see (十, X).
Another interesting case is when there is/was a zero (0) in a numeral system, but it's not used to write ten (10). This we can see in the Maya numeral system:

In some cases, in English, 0 (zero) is pronounced like "oh", i. e. like the letter "O". So, in that case, it will be "oh, one, two, three". :)
