Kumpir
A
Turkish kumpir is a baked potato with all kinds of far-out trimmings, like corn, peas, green olives, pickles, butter, monterey jack cheese, ketchup and mayo, hot dogs, chicken and a dollop of potato salad made from most of the ingredients named above.
Kumpir apparently became a popular street food in Turkey about 15 years ago.

materials:
4 large potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
8 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
1 coffee cup sliced green olives
1 coffee cup sliced black olives
Russian salad (side dish and a small jar of mayonnaise prepared)
salt
ketchup
Preparation:
Wash and dry the potatoes. Drill thin holes on each one. Individually wrapped in tinfoil, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cook 1 hour.
Take out the potatoes. Cut the potatoes open from side to side with a knife. Add one tablespoon of butter each, sprinkle with salt and mix thoroughly with the tip of the knife.
Cheddar cheese, slice black olives and green olives. Paylaşıtırıp Russian salad, ketchup, optionally serve immediately.
Different materials:
Sausages chopped into small cubes. Cook sausage in a skillet heat with oil. Add the tomato puree and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Canned corn.
